Detalii tehnice Profil HEM
Utilizari profil HEM
HEM de dimensiuni mici - 100 – 200 mm:
- stalpi pentru hale de mici dimensiuni;
- grinzi secundare in structuri metalice;
- cadre pentru containere metalice;
- elemente de sustinere in platforme industriale;
Este usor de integrat in ansambluri metalice modulare.
HEM de dimensiuni medii - 220 – 400 mm:
- stalpi principali in constructii civile sau industriale;
- suprastructuri pentru poduri sau pasarele pietonale;
- grinzi transversale in centre comerciale si hale de productie;
- cadre rigide in cladiri antisismice.
HEM de dimensiuni mari - 450 – 1000 mm:
- piloni de poduri si structuri de rezistenta la sarcini exceptionale;
- cadre portante in cladiri multi-etajate, silozuri si turnuri industriale;
- grinzi principale pentru poduri rulante cu capacitati mari;
- infrastructura pentru centrale industriale, termocentrale sau structuri portuare.
In cadrul structurilor compuse din cadre metalice, grinzile sunt supuse unor eforturi de incovoiere si nu de torsiune. Printre sectiunile uzuale pentru astfel de grinzi se numara profilele HEM, conformate astfel incat sa reziste eforturilor de incovoiere dupa axa tare a sectiunii.
Constructiile metalice prezinta o serie de avantaje cum ar fi comportamentul foarte bun la actiuni seismice, datorita greutatii proprii reduse a acestui tip de structura si a ductilitatii specifice otelului.
Profil HEM laminat la cald - recomandari pentru o utilizare corecta
Pentru a beneficia pe deplin de capacitatile structurale ale profilului HEM laminat la cald, este esential sa respectati cateva recomandari tehnice si practice:
- alegerea corecta a dimensiunii profilului;
- calcul structural adecvat;
- protectia anticoroziva - daca se utilizeaza in exterior sau in medii umede/corozive, este necesar sa se aplice un tratament de zincare la cald, grund anticoroziv sau vopsea poliuretanica.
