USE OF BLACK PIPE:
Black pipe made of hot-rolled steel strips. The welded joint must be compact and continuous, without cracks or other defects that diminish the strength of the welded joint below that of the base metal. The ends of the pipes must be cut perpendicular on the pipe axis. A rabbet resulting from the technological cutting process is allowed at the ends of the pipes. Deformation of the pipe ends is not allowed.
