ArcelorMittal delists the combines in Iasi and Roman, and passes the one in Hunedoara to AeRO

The ArcelorMittal Group has decided to delist from the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) the companies that own the combines in Iasi and RomanI. And the company that controls the Hunedoara plant will be transferred from Rasdaq to the AeRO platform.

„It is approved that the company did not take the necessary legal steps in order to admit the shares issued by the company to trading on a regulated market or to trade the shares issued by the company in an alternative trading system”, according to the reports sent to the stock exchange by ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Iasi and ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Romanian.

The ArcelorMittal group has four production units in Romania, in Galati, Hunedoara, Iasi and Roman. ArcelorMittal exports more than 70% of its production from Romania.

Rasdaq market will be closed in October. Companies that do not transfer to the regulated market or to the alternative system (ATS) of BVB will be delisted.

The Bucharest Stock Exchange will relaunch the share trading section on February 25. Of the current ATS market under the name AeRO. The AeRO market is the segment dedicated to shares within the BSE’s alternative trading system. This is a market segment dedicated to the listing of companies at the beginning of the journey, for financing projects, increasing visibility and contributing to the development of the business environment.
