Rotating steel sieve for waste sorting

The rotating steel sieve for waste sorting is a basic component in a simple sorting station. This has the role of separating various waste fractions in the industrial processing process.

One of our partners produces: waste sorting stations, aggregate stations, belt conveyors, rotary sieves, shredders, recycling stations, closed containers for recycling and waste transport, etc.

In order to execute the rotary sieve, H Metal delivered the following materials:

Technical details of rolled steel – Rotating steel sieve:

Europrofile HEA 100 mm x 12.10 meters, steel S275JR+AR;

UNP profile 80 mm x 6.00 meters, steel S235JR+AR;

UNP profile 140 mm x 6.00 meters, steel S235JR+AR;

Corner with unequal sides 120 x 80 x 8.00 mm x 6.00 meters, steel S275JR Product standard: EN 10365 Steel grade: S275JR+ AR according to quality standard EN 10025-2/EN10034.

Delivery with inspection/control certificate type 3.1 according to EN 10204 which contains chemical analysis and mechanical properties.

Use: civil and industrial constructions.

Weldability: according to EN 1011-2.

Metal structure, square steel tube, rotating sieve Round steel 14 mm x 6.0 meters.

Round steel 22 mm x 6.0 meters.

Steel quality: S235 + AR/S275 + AR according to production standard EN 10025-2:2011.

Pickled sheet and steel pipe used in this project – technical details:

Pipe 50 x 50 x 5 mm x 6.00 meters, made of steel S235JRH, longitudinally welded;

Pipe 60 x 60 x 4 mm x 6.00 meters, made of steel S235JRH, longitudinally welded;

Production standard of cold and longitudinal welded pipes: EN10219-1&2: 2006.

Square tube steel quality: S235JRH, S275JOH, S275J2H, S355J)H, S355J2H, S355K2H.

The quality S235JRH is available in stock, the rest of the qualities are made to order. The minimum quantity and the production term will be communicated at the time of the request.

The pipe is delivered with certificate 3.1 issued by the manufacturer according to EN 10204, the certificate contains the chemical analysis of the material and the mechanical test report.

Pickled sheet, format 1.20 x 1000 x 2000 mm.

The pickled sheet is obtained by cold rolling by successive passing through the thinning rollers.

Steel quality: DC01, pickled plate manufacturing according to production standard EN 10131 / DIN 1541.

Dimensional tolerance and delivery of pickled sheet according to EN 10131/Din 1541. Delivery of cold-coated sheet with quality certificate issued by the manufacturer 2.2 or 3.1 according to EN 10204.

The products are accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the manufacturer containing the chemical analysis of the material. Also, the mechanical test report according to the EN 10204 standard – certificate 3.1 or 2.2 as the case may be. Dimensional tolerance of laminated products according to EN 10058.
