Metal in interior design

Nowadays, metal in interior design is present in almost all fields of activity.

Metal profiles, europrofiles, sheets, metal pipes, embossed metal profiles, all are part of engineering projects of metal structures, true works of art.

Most malls are built from metal profiles that allow the construction to have large openings.

Gas stations, metro stations, supermarkets, passageways, most of them are also made of metal profiles. They are valued by architects to combine the useful – mechanical resistance, with the pleasant – large openings, good visibility.

Metal in the interior design is very present, offering an industrial style that caught on quite well in Romania. This style involves making furniture or metal objects from metal profiles, such as:

• Metal balustrades – various models mounted on the step or on the side, curtain type balustrades, perforated panels, etc.;
• Metal and glass compartments – narrow metal frame combined with glass, for good visibility;
• Metal bookcases made to order, depending on the gap dedicated to the bookcase space;
• Frames and supports for sinks, furniture, planters, countertops, work tables, etc.;
• Metal fences, gates, with different models chosen by the customer;
• Emblems/logos cut out of metal;
• Perforated metal masks for air conditioning units, radiators, masking of technical spaces, gas, water, electricity meters, etc.

Metal in interior design – metal railing

We received an order from a customer for a metal railing with a custom design.

The balustrade made of sheet steel, cut with oxyacetylene, according to the chosen model. The circle represents the symbol of the universe, a symbol of balance.

After processing – cutting, welding, finishing – the railing panel was treated against corrosion and painted with the shade desired by the customer.

The product was dyed in an electrostatic field, in the oven.
