Blechexpo 2019 – the international fair for the industrial processing of sheets

Blechexpo is a dedicated fair focused on solutions for the industrial processing of sheets, pipes and profiles. It takes place in Stuttgart, every two years, together with Schweisstec – the fair for joining technologies. This year, Blechexpo will take place between November 5 and 8.

This year’s edition will break several records: approximately 1,500 exhibitors will come to Stuttgart for the event. The exhibition space has increased by 15%, and the international presence is also growing.

The industrial processing of sheets is an important process for multiple fields of activity

Sheet metal processing is a key problem especially for the fields of: machine and equipment production, construction and electrical engineering.

Participating visitors will find solutions and systems for processing, assembly methods and surface finishing for sensitive visible components. Also, handling and quality assurance, precision cutting, punching and forming of steel and aluminum sheets are equally well represented. Last but not least, the automation and digitization used in sheet metal processing are elements addressed by the exhibitors.
