Livestock farm with galvanized metal constructions

For the development of a zootechnical farm, various galvanized metal products constructions. The use of these products is a necessity due to the increased resistance to corrosive agents.

The purchased materials were used by the owner of the cattle farm for the construction of galvanized metal constructions for the delimitation of the rest and feeding areas, as well as the creation of colors in order to optimize the flow of cattle circulation at the milking stations.

In this sense, fences, galvanized metal delimitation panels, rest pens, feeding pens, lean-tos, etc. were made. All of these were made of galvanized steel metal profiles with a large wall thickness to be resistant and not to deform when animals push, support or scratch against them.

The corrosion resistance of galvanized products is useful in livestock farms, because there are large releases of ammonia in the form of vapors and high humidity. The increased hygiene of the animal boxes is ensured by repeated washing with a high-pressure water jet, followed by the application of detergents and disinfectants.

All the products used were treated by the thermal galvanizing process. These being covered with a protective layer of zinc, to protect it from corrosion.
