Galvanized braided mesh fence – American model

For the perimeters where a high security fencing system is required, we can produce and deliver the galvanized braided mesh fence, the American model.

Making a galvanized braided mesh fence requires fixing the mesh on all 4 of its sides. On the vertical ends, one 8-10 mm round steel tensioning bar is inserted in the first and last row of meshes. Horizontally, the galvanized braided mesh is attached with galvanized wire to the horizontal stiffening bars.

For a good durability of the galvanized braided mesh, it is recommended to use a wire with a diameter as thick as possible, preferably 2.80 mm. The same is done on the sports fields, where the mesh woven with thick wire absorbs very well the shocks generated by the hits of the balls.

Galvanized braided mesh fence composed of the following components:

• Round fence post made of galvanized pipe, type Y;
• corner post;
• line pole;
• galvanized posts for pedestrian gates or car gates;
• Galvanized braided mesh, wire thickness available 1.80 – 2.80 mm, height 1200 – 2000 mm, in rolls of 10 linear meters;
• Braces to support the posts/fence at each corner and change of direction;
• Galvanized round stiffening bars, horizontal, for holding the net up and down;
• Connecting/joining parts are mounted at the ends of the upper bars, which help to grip and stiffen the net, so that the upper bar has continuity;
• The galvanized barbed wire that is mounted on the Y arms, over which the Concertina/NATO/Lamelara wire is mounted/placed;
• Clamping sets for bracing on poles and horizontal bars on poles;
• Braided mesh tension bars, at the beginning and end of the roll;
• Collars for attaching various accessories to the poles.
