Embossed sheet metal trough for auger conveyor, made to order, according to the drawing sent by our client.

For us, it is very important that the final product is made according to the customer’s specifications and that it is delivered on time.

For our client, who owns an industrial grain mill, we made a screw conveyor trough using the embossing method.

The gutter was executed by embossing with the help of a mold, which gave the desired shape to the strip of galvanized sheet metal.

Also, embossing allows the manufacture of various types of atypical profiles. Outside of the standards in terms of shape and size, as well as various pieces/semi-finished products.

Features of the embossed sheet metal trough:

• gutter dimensions: 20 x 80 x 45 x 50 x 45 x 80 x 20 mm;
• gutter material: galvanized sheet DX51Dz; thickness 1.5 mm.

Auger conveyors with a trough are suitable for the horizontal or slightly inclined transport of cereals, fodder, chopped material and, respectively, easily stackable materials.

They are used in wheat grinding mills, for transporting cereal grains, flour and secondary products.

The small-grained material is pushed along the chute by the auger fixed to the shaft. It is driven by the electric motor through a reducer.

It can be successfully used both for loading and unloading products, offering multiple solutions for their transport.

Due to the design, the quality of the finish and the wide range of options and accessories. These conveyors especially satisfy the requirements of the wheat grinding industry.

Zinc plating is done by immersing it in a bath of molten zinc. Thus a zinc layer is obtained on the metal surface. This zinc layer ensures good corrosion resistance of the final product.

By embossing, you can make known embossed profiles such as: corners with equal or unequal sides, U profiles, C profiles, Z profiles, with various sizes of the base and wings.
