These results are directly related to the batch of material to which the tested article belongs. The certificate must be signed by an authorised representative of the manufacturer, who is responsible for the quality control department.

The 3.1 certificate is more detailed, providing greater quality assurance by including specific test results for each batch or item. This makes it preferable in applications where compliance and material performance are particularly important.
