Corrugated galvanized sheet metal roof for the sales area

One of the construction companies with which we frequently collaborate won the tender for the modernization of a communal fair, which requires a corrugated galvanized sheet metal roof.

The communal fair has sales areas for the sale of vegetables, fruits, milk and milk products, meat, eggs, flowers and household items made by small industry or small craftsmen.

The users of these sales spaces are:

• authorized individuals, sole proprietorships and family businesses, including craftsmen;
• individual agricultural producers and their associations, who sell their own agricultural and agri-food products;
• individuals who occasionally sell their own assets.

In recent years, with the help of European funds, several programs have been carried out to modernize the local infrastructure.

Among these is the construction or modernization of various communal fairs.

Through these programs, it is intended that in addition to the geographical advantages that the area offers, to increase the attractiveness for investors.

For the realization of the roofs for the sales spaces within the fair, H Metal delivered:

• rectangular pipe 120 x 60 x 4 mm;
• rectangular pipe 120 x 60 x 5 mm;

Rectangular pipe is one of the most versatile and useful steel products, with an excellent structural shape that combines low cost with high strength. The uniform geometric shape ensures constant resistance along the entire length in constructions where there are loads on two axes.

• galvanized sheet H 35 0.6 x 1050 x 3500 mm.

The roof represents a shield against external environmental factors and was composed of two main parts:

• the resistance structure (truss) made of rectangular steel pipe;
• The roof is made of corrugated galvanized sheet.

H35 corrugated galvanized sheet has a number of properties that make it highly appreciated, including very good resistance to atmospheric and chemical agents.

It is recommended that mechanical processing be carried out cold, so as not to damage the protective zinc layer.

H Metal sells corrugated galvanized sheet in sheets up to 13 m. Due to the fact that you can use sheet metal in one piece, you get a stiffening of the construction and a pleasing aesthetic appearance.
