Grain storage unit

In the framework of the project to create spaces for grain storage, our company, H Metal, contributed with the delivery of metallurgical products necessary for the realization of the following constructions;

• Perimeter fencing;
• Foundations of grain storage silos;
• Concrete platforms in the premises;
• Administrative buildings;
• Cereal tipping point.

The works performed with the materials delivered by H Metal had as their objective the preparation of accessories and foundations in order to mount the grain storage silos. The silos were purchased from import and were successfully mounted on the construction executed for them. After finishing all secondary works and connecting the silos to the energy sources, they are 100% ready for grain storage in optimal conditions.

We are proud of our participation in the realization of this special construction, another goal achieved on time.

MATERIALS USED FOR MAKING SPACES FROM METALLURGICAL PRODUCTS

Fencing system

• Fence posts made of rectangular pipe 60 x 40 x 3 mm, 3 meters long;
• Galvanized rectangular pipe 60 x 40 x 3 mm, length 6 meters;
• Edged galvanized fence panels size 2000 x 2500 mm;
• Panel fastening set consisting of screw with T M head 8 x 80 mm and anti-theft nut – galvanized;
• Galvanized angle 40 x 40 x 4 mm, for making the supports on which the barbed wire was mounted;
• Galvanized barbed wire wire diameter 2.2 mm in rolls of 100 meters for the construction of the raised area of ​​the fence in order to limit access from the outside;
• Gray PVC covers 60 x 40 mm gray for the protection of the poles, they block the access of water and snow inside the poles, respectively the appearance of rust.

Foundations of grain storage silos

• Smooth concrete steel OB 37 diameter 8 mm coil;
• PC 52 striated concrete steel diameter 12 mm bar;
• PC 52 striated concrete steel diameter 16 mm bar;
• Metal profile INP 120 mm – S235JR quality – 6 meter bars;
• Corner with equal wings 40 x 40 x 4 mm – quality S235JR – 6 meter bars.

Concrete platforms in the grain warehouse

• Welded nets, wire diameter 6 mm, mesh 100 x 100 mm, format 2400 x 6000 mm
• Welded nets, wire diameter 8 mm, mesh 100 x 100 mm, format 2000 x 6000 mm.

Administrative buildings with various utilities

• Smooth concrete steel OB 37 diameter 8 mm;
• PC 52 striated concrete steel, diameter 10 mm;
• PC 52 striated concrete steel, diameter 12 mm;
• Streaked concrete steel PC 52 diameter 14 mm;
• Metal profile UNP 80 mm – quality S235JR – bar length 12 meters;
• Metal profile INP 120 mm – quality S275JR – bar length 12 meters;
• Laminated corner with equal wings 50 x 50 x 5 mm – quality S235JR – bar length 6 meters;
• Gutter for rainwater made of flat steel 35 x 8 mm and corner frame.

Cereal tipping point

• Metal profile INP 140 mm – quality S235JR – bar length 12 meters;
• Square steel pipe 60 x 60 x 4 mm – quality S235JR – bar length 12 meters;
• Laminated corner with equal sides 60 x 60 x 6 mm – quality S235 – bar length 6 meters;
• Corrugated galvanized sheet for hall walls, crease height H 35 mm, thickness 0.70 mm, format 1050 x 7500 mm;
• Corrugated galvanized sheet for the roof of halls, crease height H 35 mm, thickness 0.70 mm, format 1050 x 4600 mm.

The corrugated galvanized sheet was delivered directly to the lengths requested in the project to eliminate losses / joints and in addition having the role of stiffening the building.
