Saivan made of corrugated galvanized sheet

To create a zootechnical construction or an agricultural warehouse, corrugated galvanized sheet H31 represents a solution that involves low costs of construction and assembly. It also allows quick implementation and ensures a very high level of quality.

H Metal delivered corrugated galvanized sheet H31 cut to the dimensions requested in the project of a saivan. Thus, our client benefited from the economic and time advantages brought by the metallurgical products.

For the walls was used:

• Sheets of corrugated galvanized sheet with the following dimensions – 0.6 x 1050 x 8000 mm, 0.6 x 1050 x 3750 mm and 0.6 x 1050 x 4000 mm;

For the roof were used:

Corrugated galvanized sheets with different measures: – 0.7 x 1050 x 8200 mm, 0.7 x 1050 x 8300 mm, 0.7 x 1050 x 8500 mm and 0.7 x 1050 x 2800 mm

Corrugated galvanized sheet H31 – advantages

• high resistance in time of the material. Once the inversion is done, it will not have to be repeated for a very long period of time;
• the folds of the material make joining the pieces of sheet metal very easily and efficiently. Also, thanks to this special system, water cannot drain at the joints of the corrugated galvanized sheet, something that recommends the material to be used on roofs;
• zinc also gives the sheet a very pleasant appearance, being able to be used unpainted.

Its shape guarantees good rigidity. Therefore, it can be used in a wide range of applications both in the civil sector and, especially, in the industrial sector.

The usual galvanizing is performed with a quantity of 100 g/m2 of Zn. This corresponds to a Zn layer thickness of 7 µm on each side of the plate.
