Galvanized pipe vault for hanging plants

The galvanized pipe vault is a simple but stable metal construction, which allows you to create a beautiful decoration of your garden or terrace. Thus, hanging plants can show off all their charm.

A galvanized metal vault is highly recommended, due to its increased durability. Even if they are a little more expensive, galvanized products will have a much longer lifespan.

Since the requested materials were used outside, they needed to be galvanized. The applied zinc layer protects the steel from the action of rust. It is also extremely durable/scratch resistant and has a glossy look that many find attractive.

It is recommended that the mechanical processing of galvanized products be carried out cold, in order not to affect the zinc layer.

Galvanized pipe vault – galvanized materials used

A vault-type metal frame for climbing plants can be easily made from galvanized laminated pipe and angle.

For the realization of this project, H Metal delivered, at the request of a client, the following materials:

• galvanized pipe 40 x 40 x 3 mm;
• galvanized angle 20 x 20 x 3 mm;
• galvanized pipe 80 x 80 x 3 mm.

The galvanized square pipe is a metallurgical product with a very wide area of ​​use, it being intended for the realization of various types of constructions and metal supporting structures located inside or outside, related to civil, industrial or commercial constructions.

The galvanized corner is suitable for the construction of any type of steel structure, whether for commercial or residential buildings. Due to its resistance, it can be riveted, welded or used as a joint part for other elements.
