Construction of chicken rearing hall from galvanized metal profiles

One of the manufacturers of metal sheds with whom we collaborate requested the necessary products for the realization of a resistance structure made of galvanized metal profiles.  This is necessary for the construction of a shed intended for raising chickens.

In recent years, motivated by the financing obtained through European funds, the number of small entrepreneurs who started a business in the field of agriculture has increased. Many of them opted for opening a chicken farm.

The economic importance of raising birds lies especially in their valuable productive qualities, the expression of a series of biological peculiarities, which make poultry farming a profitable sector of animal husbandry.

Galvanized metal profiles – product description

For this work, H Metal delivered:

•  galvanized sigma 200 profiles, made of 2 mm sheet, at a length of 4990 mm;

• galvanized sigma 200 profiles, made of 2.5 mm sheet, at a length of 5245 mm.

Sigma galvanized profiles are used for main or secondary structures, beams and intermediate floors of industrial or residential, commercial, agricultural, warehouse or warehouse buildings.

Maniki profiles made of 3 mm galvanized sheet, with lengths between 200 and 1000 mm.

This type of profiles are used to join two sigma profiles (used for mounting the corrugated sheet).

Due to the fact that the sigma profiles cannot be joined, a connecting piece is used to join the two wedges.

Advantages:

• the use of profiles made of thin sheet practically means less steel;

• another advantage is the wide variety of sizes that can be obtained;

• customized profiles can be formed even in small series, without substantial cost increases.

Light galvanized profiles can be used to make:

• commercial, industrial and agricultural halls, storage spaces and logistics centers, hangars, containers. And so on
